At Kirukkals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Returns:
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products such as underwear, socks, and personalized items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
